STEP4、鱼片腌制片刻!(鱼腩不用腌制)倒入适量盐,蚝油,花生油,酱油,砂糖,鸡粉,料酒,淀粉搅拌均匀,腌制备用

STEP5、起热锅冷油爆姜片

STEP6、倒入鱼骨两面煎至焦黄色

STEP7、倒入适量水盖锅盖,煲至出奶白色

STEP8、倒入酸菜盖锅盖滚片刻后,加入适量盐,鸡粉调味

STEP9、撒入鱼腩至酸菜面上片刻

STEP10、鱼片撒在面上,撒上葱段盖锅盖片刻后轻微翻动一下,鱼片变白即可!不能太久,不然鱼片全烂了,影响口感卖相
